Change-of-mind returns may be considered within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Return postage for change of mind is the customer's responsibility.

Wrong size is treated as a change-of-mind request. We may offer an exchange or store credit if the item is in original condition and stock allows. Exchanges are not guaranteed.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are covered under Australian Consumer Law. Do not send anything back until we reply.
