Orders ship from Western Australia with Australia Post. Standard is an estimated 2+ business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Express Post next-business-day delivery applies only where the lodgement and destination are in the Australia Post next-business-day network. Tracking is emailed when your order is dispatched. Australia only. Australia Post Standard is $11 AUD for orders under $99 AUD and FREE for orders of $99 AUD or more. Australia Post Express is $15 AUD. No international shipping.

Contact us as soon as you can through the form on this page or email hq@dirtybullapparel.com with your order number. Once an order is dispatched we cannot change the address or cancel it.

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available.

Change-of-mind returns may be considered within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Return postage for change of mind is the customer's responsibility. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are covered under Australian Consumer Law. Full detail is in our Refund policy.

There is no returns portal. Email hq@dirtybullapparel.com or use the form on this page with your order number, product name, and photos if the item is faulty or damaged. Do not send anything back until we reply.

Wrong size or colour is treated as a change-of-mind request. If the item is still in original condition we may offer an exchange or store credit, subject to stock. Exchanges are not guaranteed.

If a refund is approved it goes back to the original payment method. Bank and card timing varies. Original shipping may not be refunded on change-of-mind returns.

Tees and tanks have a tapered cut with a longline curved hem. Standard tees and tanks are currently offered in Medium (M) and Large (L); the Ironcore Hooded Tank is an exception and comes in M, L, XL and 2XL. Pants, shorts and hoodies use the Small (S) to 3XL size guide. The sizes currently offered for each item are shown in its product size selector. Hardline Co. hoodies have a structured oversized fit. Check the size chart against your measurements before choosing.

Wrong size is a change-of-mind request. Email us within 14 days with the item unused and tags on. We may offer an exchange or store credit if stock allows.
