Orders ship from Western Australia with Australia Post. Standard is an estimated 2+ business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Express Post next-business-day delivery applies only where the lodgement and destination are in the Australia Post next-business-day network. Tracking is emailed when your order is dispatched. Yes. Australia Post Standard is free on Australian orders of $99 AUD or more. Under that, Standard is $11 AUD and Express is $15 AUD.

Contact us as soon as you can through the form on this page or email hq@dirtybullapparel.com with your order number. Once an order is dispatched we cannot change the address or cancel it.

Standard international shipping is available to selected destinations for $20 AUD. Delivery times vary by country. Tracking is supplied when the order is dispatched. Rates are confirmed at checkout.

Change-of-mind returns may be considered within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Return postage for change of mind is the customer's responsibility. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are covered under Australian Consumer Law. Full detail is in our Refund policy.

There is no returns portal. Email hq@dirtybullapparel.com or use the form on this page with your order number, product name, and photos if the item is faulty or damaged. Do not send anything back until we reply.

Wrong size or colour is treated as a change-of-mind request. If the item is still in original condition we may offer an exchange or store credit, subject to stock. Exchanges are not guaranteed.

If a refund is approved it goes back to the original payment method. Bank and card timing varies. Original shipping may not be refunded on change-of-mind returns.

Use the size chart on this page, or open Size chart on the product page. Measure your chest and waist, then match the closest size.

Lift is a closer athletic fit. Hardline Co. hoodies and graphic pieces are an oversized box fit. Take your usual size for the intended Hardline room, or size down if you want it closer to the body. Product pages note any exceptions.

Wrong size is a change-of-mind request. Email us within 14 days with the item unused and tags on. We may offer an exchange or store credit if stock allows.
